Welcome to Connect Counselling & Psychotherapy

We’re a team of down-to-earth therapists who bring warmth, experience, and a strong focus on trauma. We support people through the stuck places—the pain, stress, and patterns that get in the way of feeling like yourself. We offer a space to slow down, feel grounded, and begin making meaningful change—at your own pace and in your own way.

Starting is simple

  • Book Free Consult

Taking the first step can feel big—and we’re here to make it easier. Book a free 20-minute phone/video consult to connect with one of our therapists.

  • What to Expect

Your consult is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation. We’ll talk about what you’re hoping for, answer any questions, and help you decide if we’re a good fit for your needs. You don’t need to prepare—just come as you are.

  • Step into Change

If it feels like a fit, we’ll book your first session and begin the work together. Whether you’re seeking clarity, healing, or change, therapy is a space where growth unfolds one step at a time.

Respecting the land and its Peoples

A vibrant landscape featuring a colorful array of red, yellow, and orange foliage in the foreground, with distant mountains, a small lake, and a partly cloudy blue sky in the background.

As settlers living and working on the traditional territories of the Kwanlin Dün First Nation and the Ta’an Kwäch’än Council, we recognize that our ability to work, play, and raise our families here is made possible through the ongoing impacts of colonization and cultural genocide. We hold deep respect for the strength, knowledge, and resilience of Indigenous Peoples and acknowledge the historical and present-day harms caused by systems we continue to benefit from.

In our counselling practice, we are committed to ongoing self-reflection, unlearning, and creating space that is respectful, culturally aware, and rooted in humility. We strive to honour diverse ways of knowing, being, and healing — and to co-create a space where all clients feel safe, seen, and respected.
