We know how hard it is to find sound-proof, confidential, and beautiful office space downtown—we searched for years! Along the way, we met many others looking for the same: a professional, trauma-informed space to do the work we love. When we couldn’t find it, we created it.

Our thoughtfully renovated space is modern, sound-proofed, and full of natural light. It’s designed for comfort, with a cozy kitchen to recharge between sessions and a community of passionate wellness professionals.

We offer flexible leases, including part-time and shared options, with space available for holistic health practitioners such as counsellors, naturopaths, acupuncturists, and massage therapists.

What you will need to provide:

your office furniture
small monthly contribution to cover coffee/tea/drinks for the waiting area.
tending to your own garbage/recycling.
your signage - to ensure signage is professional and matches your colleagues, we can arrange this for you for a reasonable fee.
internet - the building has internet (minimal fee to cover expenses)
