We’ve experienced first hand the challenges of finding sound-proofed, confidential, and nice office space in a downtown location. We experienced the challenge….for years - and during that time we met many others like ourselves! Seeking a nice, downtown location where we could offer trauma-informed care and do the work we love. We couldn’t find it - so we created it! We took over 3000 sq ft with the aim of creating a space that you and your clients will love. A beautiful, modern space built for sound proofing and confidentiality with big windows and colleagues just as committed and passionate about wellness as we are. To top it off, we also created a fun and cozy cospace kitchen to hang out and take a break from the intense work of holding space. We put alot of love, time and thought into creating a space that you’ll love too, but in case you don’t - you can do a month to month lease.

• 7 offices available for rent

• Options for corner office with windows on two walls, single window or no windows (one available)

• Offices with windows: $1,350/mo

• Office without window: $1,050/mo

• No elevator in the building – (one flight of stairs to 3rd floor)

• beauitufl new staff room/kitchen

What you will need to provide:

• your office furniture

• small monthly contribution to cover coffee/tea/drinks for the waiting area.

• tending to your own garbage/recycling.

• your signage - we want to make sure you have professional signage to match your colleagues to matain the professional look of the space. We can order it for you for a reasonable fee.
