Who I work with

If you’re carrying grief, the weight of trauma, or a deep sense of disconnection—it’s not because there’s something wrong with you. You may have had to adapt in ways that helped you survive when your needs weren’t met, especially early in life. But those same patterns can now leave you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of who you are.

You don’t have to untangle this alone. I work with adults who want to gently explore their experiences so they can feel more grounded, more connected, and more fully alive. Together, we’ll make space for your story, your emotions, and your healing—at your own pace.

My style

Curiosity, compassion, and deep respect for your inner wisdom are at the core of how I approach our work together. We’ll honour the ways you’ve learned to cope—adaptations that helped you survive—and gently create space for new ways of being that feel more aligned and empowering.

This isn’t about fixing you. It’s about reconnecting with who you already are. Healing can feel vulnerable, but you don’t have to do it alone. Just as trauma happens in relationships, I believe healing happens in relationship too—through trust, safety, and being truly seen.

What clients say

Clients often tell me they feel deeply supported and understood in our work together. As safety grows, they start to reconnect with parts of themselves they had long tucked away—leading to more clarity, confidence, and genuine connection in their lives.

Outside the office

I’ve called the Yukon home since 2005. My life and work are deeply shaped by the land—its seasons, its wisdom, and the interconnectedness of all beings. I find restoration in time spent outdoors and bring that grounded presence into my practice.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked for over 20 years as a registered nurse specializing in hospice palliative care—a background that continues to inform my commitment to life-affirming, holistic care and deep respect for life’s transitions.
