Who I work with
Life can feel overwhelming—especially when you’re dealing with anxiety, grief, depression, or just feeling stuck. Maybe you're juggling too much, running on empty, or trying to hold it together when things feel anything but okay. And if you're also living with a chronic condition like diabetes, persistent pain, or a heart or lung issue, the emotional toll can be even heavier. You don’t have to navigate it all alone. I’m here to help you make sense of what you’re feeling and support you in finding a way forward that feels realistic, compassionate, and just for you.
I bring warmth, honesty, and a sense of humour into therapy. You won’t be judged or rushed. Whether you need tools to manage anxiety or space to talk through what’s weighing on you, we’ll go at your pace. My background in healthcare means I understand the connection between physical and emotional health, and I bring that into every session.

What clients say
Many people I work with tell me that having concrete tools to manage anxiety or depression have helped them feel more prepared and less overwhelmed. Other say it’s a relief to talk to someone who understands the day-to-day reality of living with a chronic condition. You won’t have to explain everything—I get the complexity. If that’s something you’re looking for, we can build that plan together.

Outside the office
Before becoming a therapist, I worked in healthcare as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist. These days, I still love staying active—especially hiking in the mountains or spending time with my dogs. Movement, rest, connection, and nature are all part of how I take care of myself, and I encourage the same for my clients in whatever way works for them.
