Tanya Cameron, Clinical Director, CCC

Who I work with

You might be feeling stuck, burnt out, anxious, or like you’re just not yourself—and maybe you’ve been feeling that way for a long time. I work with people who are carrying a lot—whether it's trauma, stress, emotional overwhelm, or the pressure to keep going when things feel anything but okay.

In our work together, you won’t be asked to push past your limits or rush the process. I offer a space that’s calm, grounded, and respectful of your pace. I believe healing happens through connection—with yourself, your body, and with someone who truly sees and supports you. That’s what I aim to offer.

My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and often includes EMDR, parts work (IFS), and nervous system–focused support. Whether you're focused on deep transformative work or just trying to make it through the day, we’ll work together to help you feel more like you again.

My style

With over 25 years of experience, I bring a well-stocked toolkit, a steady presence, and deep respect for the process. I believe therapy can be meaningful and effective—and even lighthearted and playful when the moment allows.
